Celebrate Easter in style with Chef and Owner Andy Ashby's specially crafted Good Friday lunch menu at C'est Bon.

Experience Andy’s menu of seafood-driven French cuisine, available for lunch bookings at 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm on Friday 29th March. Priced at $65 per person, this delightful menu includes a snack, two shared small plates, your choice of main with a side to share, and a delectable petit four to round off your Easter feast.

Indulge in Chef Andy Ashby's culinary creations, expertly prepared to showcase the finest locally sourced seafood ingredients. From succulent seafood starters to mouthwatering mains, each dish offers a contemporary twist on classic French favourites.

Begin Good Friday lunch with a delightful snack of Local Red Claw with Mure Rosé, followed by Small Plates to Share, featuring the Mackerel Tartine adorned with Tomatillo and Carrot Escabeche, and the Tomato Tartare complemented by Smoked Crème atop crispy Sourdough.

For mains, choose between Yellow Belly Flounder with Veronique and Caper Leaf, or BBQ Celeriac Mille-Feuille, layered with Roasted Hazelnut and Buttermilk with a shared side of Side of Salt & Vinegar Potato Scallops. Finish on a sweet note with Spiced Pumpkin Brulee Tart.

We are very excited to announce an exclusive collaboration event, 'C'est Bon and Beyond: A French Affair,' featuring renowned Australian chef and restaurateur Scott Pickett alongside C'est Bon's very own Chef Andy Ashby.

Renowned chef Scott Pickett, celebrated for his award-winning restaurants across Melbourne, including Estelle, Matilda, and Pastore, is coming to Brisbane for a special collaboration event.

For one night only on Wednesday, 10th April, join at one of two seatings – 6pm and 8:30pm with first release tickets on sale at 5pm, Wednesday 6th March.

A year in the making, this event will highlight Pickett and Ashby’s shared passion for modern French cuisine with a unique one-off menu featuring four snacks and four courses for $135 per person, with Pickett creating two snacks and two courses and Ashby offering the same. An optional wine pairing will also be available on the night for those seeking the full experience.
