Menus are designed with local and seasonal produce in mind. A paddock to plate philosophy means we work with farmers we know to deliver unmatched freshness and quality. We strive to source the best local produce ranging from central Queensland beef, fresh vegetables and chèvre from the Sunshine Coast hinterland right through to Scenic Rim camel cheese. 

Our Cellar is home to an exceptional selection of French and local wine curated by Master of Wine Peter Scudamore-Smith and boutique, family vineyards with a personal connection to C’est Bon. Our extensive wine and champagne collection are accompanied by a notable cocktail list, Le Bon Bar means The Good Bar after all!
