Junelle, My wife and I lived in Cairns for 10 years and transferred back to Brisbane in 1996 And due to the fact we have some very good friends living in Cairns, I arranged to take my wife Marcia their for the Week end on the 20th and have a dinner celebration on the 21st with our friends for her Birthday, after speaking with some other restaurants I was not satisfied. At very short notice I contacted you to make dinner arrangements with some special requests to have red Roses for the Ladies, good quality French Champagne and a nice atmosphere.
We want to congratulate you on your professionalism, great food/wine and service that created a most Memorable occasion for my wife Marcia’s Birthday dinner celebration with our friends.

We really enjoyed our meal there with the Willmotts recently...was great to have some genuine French cuisine again. Has been a year or so since I stopped travelling to Noumea and Tahiti with work, and I loved the French food, both private and restaurant. I do miss it heaps. Foie Gras forever !!
