Masterchef Michel Bonnet, Celine Damour and Chef

Michel Bonnet needs no introduction. As you can see from his picture (far left: click on image to zoom in), he's been around a long time… and has certainly had many good times along the way.

Michel has opened and operated many successful restaurants. For the last five years, he and his daughter Amélie have been creating a brand for the C'est Bon Restaurants . The first opened in Cairns in 2003 , followed by C'est Bon Melbourne in 2006 . The newest restaurant sees Michel return to where he calls home - Brisbane.

In his first year C'est Bon Brisbane become the best European restaurant in Queensland and this year we have just become the Best French Restaurant in Qld.

On a trip to France, Michel was very pleased to have met Celine Damour. Celine come from l’ecole Hoteliere du Castel in Dijon and is a real professional, with an intense passion for the restaurant industry. Today she runs front house with ease and is always there to make sure your visit at C'est Bon will be an experience to remember.

The food remains true to Classic French-Style Cuisine, yet with modern presentation and use of local Australian produce.

You can’t leave C’est Bon without trying Michel's classic desserts: crème brulée, vacherin, tarte tain, pear in cassis, crepe suzette and more!

Here at C'est Bon we are all committed to offer you a little part of Paris in Brisbane.

Michel and the team wish you a wonderful experience.

Bon Appétit!
